FFR Ships Record 351 Robots, Tops 1,000 Cumulatively
FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc. shipped 351 robot devices in October 2026, a monthly record that raised cumulative shipments since the end of February to 1,168 units. The prior monthly record was 265 units in September 2026, when the cumulative total through month-end was 817. The company reported a positive unit gross margin and full-year guidance of approximately 2,000 devices sold and shipped. YT Jia, in his first report as FFR CEO, said the company expects average monthly sales and shipments of more than 400 units in November and December. He recorded the update with Executive Chairman Jerry Wang outside FFR's New York and Northeast Regional Office. FFR completed acquiring Faraday Future's robotics business on October 23, 2026, after October 12 definitive agreements in an all-stock deal at $2.246 per share valuing the business at about $200 million. Jia said Nasdaq listing closing and first Investor Day events in New York drew on-location coverage from CBS News and the New York Post. The company said its New York and Northeast operations are active and recruiting partners across several states. Meeting higher monthly targets and converting early sales into larger contracts remain next steps.
