Five Bay Area Homes Sell for $829K-$3.6M

Recent Northern California home sales ranged from $829,000 in Napa to $3.6 million in Palo Alto. In Napa, a 1,693-square-foot, three-bedroom house with a backyard pool sold for $829,000; in Santa Rosa, a three-bedroom home on 1.3 acres sold for $1.02 million. A 1,363-square-foot San Jose house sold for $1.765 million, while a four-bedroom Fremont home sold for $3.125 million. Palo Alto’s 2,074-square-foot, three-bedroom home fetched $3.6 million. The reported prices per square foot were $490 in Napa, $417 in Santa Rosa, $1,295 in San Jose, $1,180 in Fremont and $1,736 in Palo Alto.
