Five European Firms Detail New or Expanded Share Buyback Plans

Several European-listed companies announced or updated share-buyback activity. RTX’s program allows repurchases of up to DKK 40 million through September 2027, while Molten Ventures added £10 million to its existing £15 million program, with the new tranche to begin after the first is used. Storebrand reported holding 9,611,139 treasury shares, equal to 2.25% of its share capital, under a program scheduled to run through December 18, 2026. Bluebird Mining Ventures began a six-month program with limits of £300,000 and 350 million shares, which may be held in treasury. Eagle Eye launched a buyback of up to £1 million, saying it sees its shares as undervalued and expects treasury shares to help meet staff-plan obligations and provide flexibility.
