A fourth person, 19-year-old Breona Marshall of Theodore, Alabama, has been charged with felony murder in the fatal October 24 shooting of 21-year-old Jaxon Trew Bearden during a robbery in Birmingham’s Ensley neighborhood. Police say Bearden was found shot on Avenue B and later died at a hospital; Marshall was reportedly injured in the same shooting.
