GOP Ad Figure Pleaded Guilty to Child Endangerment

Shellie Flockhart, a Dallas Center, Iowa, councilwoman, appears in a Republican super PAC ad calling Democratic congressional candidate Sarah Trone Garriott dangerous to children over her positions on transgender issues.
