Grab Reports 27% Revenue Growth, Raises Outlook

Grab reported third-quarter revenue of $1.11 billion, up 27% year over year, and net profit of $18 million, while operating profit more than tripled to $108 million. Adjusted EBITDA rose to a record $237 million, and the company said stronger ride-hailing and food-delivery demand across Southeast Asia helped it deliver another quarter of profitable growth. Grab raised its 2026 revenue forecast to $4.15 billion–$4.20 billion and its adjusted EBITDA outlook to roughly $790 million–$800 million. The company also said Taiwan’s rejection of its proposed foodpanda acquisition will result in a $60 million break fee.
