Grand Rapids Man Gets 20-Year Cocaine Sentence
A federal judge sentenced Grand Rapids, Michigan, resident Cordairo Lambert, 39, to 20 years in prison for possessing cocaine with intent to distribute. Investigators linked him to cocaine shipments mailed from Arizona, including parcels containing nearly three pounds of cocaine that he tried to retrieve in July 2025 before fleeing from police and surrendering. Prosecutors cited his prior drug-trafficking and firearm convictions and argued that his repeat offenses had grown more serious. The judge also ordered eight years of supervised release and imposed a $3,000 fine.
