H.B. Fuller Reports Q3 Revenue Up 5.2%

H.B. Fuller reported fiscal third-quarter revenue of $938.2 million, up 5.2% from a year earlier and slightly above analysts’ expectations. Adjusted diluted earnings per share rose 21% to $1.52, beating the consensus estimate of $1.45, while reported diluted EPS was $1.44. Net income increased to $79.2 million from $67.2 million, and adjusted EBITDA rose 9% to $187 million as pricing actions and restructuring savings lifted margins. For the first nine months, sales reached $2.66 billion and net income rose to $168 million, compared with $122 million a year earlier. The company guided fiscal 2026 adjusted EPS to $4.70-$4.85, below the $4.85 consensus midpoint expectation, while its shares have declined sharply this year and remain near their 12-month low.
