Halper Sadeh Investigates Fairness of Multiple Deals

Halper Sadeh LLC said it is investigating whether shareholders are receiving fair treatment in a series of announced mergers and acquisitions involving QIAGEN, Victory Capital, Rallybio, Bowman Consulting, MarineMax, Silence Therapeutics, DoubleVerify, Penske Automotive Group, Varex Imaging, Braze, Safety Insurance, Utz Brands, Synaptics, Centerspace and Eagle Financial Services. The firm cited concerns that insiders could receive benefits unavailable to ordinary shareholders and that deal terms might discourage competing offers. It said it may seek higher consideration, additional disclosures or other relief on shareholders’ behalf; the notices announce investigations, not findings of misconduct.
