Hanoi plans 11,418-hectare Red River corridor
Hanoi is advancing a century-long vision to remake both banks of the Red River as an ecological and cultural corridor connecting parks, public spaces, commerce and neighborhoods, while preserving historic assets and protecting flood-control and dike infrastructure. The plan treats the river as a strategic driver of urban development rather than simply a drainage corridor or boundary. Separately, city and private-sector employers are advertising planning, construction, code-compliance, infrastructure and real-estate roles in Saratoga Springs, Richmond and New York, including positions in project inspection, business licensing, right-of-way acquisition, plan review, real-estate sales and community planning.
