Harrisburg Homicide Suspect Arrested in Carbondale

Derek English, 21, was arrested without incident in Carbondale by police and the U.S. Marshals Service in connection with the Aug. 29 fatal shooting of Dowane Lewis in a Harrisburg apartment. English faces first-degree murder and firearms charges.
