Clavicular Charged With Rape, Drugging in Massachusetts

Braden Peters, 20, known as Clavicular, faces Massachusetts charges of rape, administering a substance for sexual intercourse, and providing alcohol to a person under 21. The case stems from an alleged May 23, 2025 encounter at his family home in Chatham, Cape Cod, with a 17-year-old. She told police she rideshared there, was greeted by his mother and grandmother, drank two or three shots of vodka he supplied during a Twitch livestream, fell asleep after they kissed, and woke to find him having sex with her. Police reviewed a clip in which she said, "Wait I'm so drunk though," and he replied, "It's OK." Probable cause was found Sept. 4 and a complaint issued Sept. 8. He is not in custody; arraignment is Oct. 14 in Orleans District Court. CONTESTED: Rep Mitchell P. Jackson said there is "no further comment besides what we've already said in public" and "Braden Peters has not been physically served." Attorney Jeff Neiman said Peters is innocent. Peters posted alleged messages including "I want you ngl," called a lawsuit "really petty of you," and wrote on X, "What is this s**t? Community Notes?" A Community Note said he has indeed been charged. Overlapping Florida civil claims by Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza (Alorah Ziva) are denied by Peters and untested in court.
