72-Bay Topgolf Breaks Ground for Pediatric Care
Valley Children's Hospital and Topgolf broke ground on Topgolf San Joaquin Valley in Madera County. The two-level venue will hold 72 climate-controlled hitting bays. It is the first major tenant in the hospital's planned mixed-use development and is expected to open by summer 2027. The site will include a restaurant and bar, an arcade, a patio and family-friendly mini golf. The project marks Topgolf's first partnership with a children's hospital. Its design is new to Topgolf's California locations. Valley Children's says profits from the venue will support pediatric healthcare programs. The broader development is planned to include retail, dining and hospitality offerings. No contested claims in record. Work follows the groundbreaking toward the stated summer 2027 opening.
