Healthcare Triangle Plans 1-for-20 Split for Nasdaq Compliance
Healthcare Triangle shareholders approved a reverse-split authorization of up to 1-for-25, along with three other proposals, and the company subsequently set a 1-for-20 reverse stock split effective October 26, 2026. The split will reduce outstanding common shares from about 17.73 million to 886,501, with HCTI continuing to trade on Nasdaq. The move is intended to help the company regain compliance with Nasdaq’s $1 minimum bid-price requirement; the split alone does not establish that compliance has been regained.
