Holiday markets planned across several communities
Communities are hosting holiday bazaars and markets in November, offering shoppers locally made crafts, gifts and seasonal goods. Richardson’s Senior Center bazaar is scheduled for Nov. 6-7, with more than 50 vendors and free admission. On Nov. 7, P.E.O. Chapter JC’s Sequim bazaar will raise money for educational scholarships and grants for women, including a local scholarship, while Yakima-area listings include several bazaars and vendor markets that day. A holiday market hosted by the League of Women Voters of Lenawee County is planned for Nov. 14 at the Tecumseh District Library, and Laindon Activity Centre’s Christmas market is set for Nov. 27. The events feature local businesses, community groups and makers, with some also supporting charitable causes.
