HomeTrust Bancshares appointed Charles F. Bowman to its board, effective October 26, 2026. Bowman, an adviser to the company since July, spent 26 years at Bank of America and retired in 2022 as its North Carolina president; his senior roles included Global Compliance Executive and Associate General Counsel. He also serves on several regional health and community organizations’ boards. HomeTrust’s chairman said Bowman’s banking, legal and regulatory experience will support the company’s strategic priorities.
