Honeywell lifts business jet delivery forecast 4.4 percent through 2035
Honeywell Aerospace forecasts about 14,000 business aircraft deliveries from 2026 to 2035, including 9,950 business jets and 4,200 turboprops. The forecast for jet deliveries is 4.4% higher than last year’s, and the global fleet is expected to grow about 29%, from roughly 39,400 aircraft in 2025 to nearly 51,000 by 2035. Flight hours are projected to rise about 34%, as owners fly more and charter, managed-fleet and fractional-ownership models boost aircraft use. Annual deliveries are expected to exceed 1,500 by 2035, with midsize jets forecast to see the strongest fleet growth. Honeywell attributes the outlook to demand from corporate and private customers, alongside low retirement rates, despite economic and geopolitical uncertainty.
