Hospitality Venues Open, Plan Expansions Across Markets

Boulder Tap House opened a new Iowa City location in the former Carlos O’Kelly’s, bringing the Midwest chain’s burgers, wings, cheese curds and craft beer to its fifth Iowa site. In Arlington, Massachusetts, construction is beginning on a long-planned brewery with a taproom, kitchen and beer garden, expected to open next spring. Melbourne-based Stomping Ground is planning a brewery and beer hall in Geelong for 2027, alongside a 10th-anniversary street festival in November. In Matlock, England, Ashover Brew Co is turning the former Twenty Ten bar into The Castle, a taproom with 22 beers on tap, food, a beer garden and live music, scheduled to open October 30.
