Housing, School Projects Advance Across North America

Construction has begun on The Lincoln, a $56 million mixed-use development in New Haven, Indiana, with more than 240 apartments, a clubhouse and commercial lots planned; leasing is expected to start in September 2027. In Columbia, South Carolina, Ethos Academy plans a $32.3 million tuition-free public charter school campus for pre-K through sixth grade, targeted to open in August 2027. Cleveland’s Hough neighborhood has also broken ground on the Gateway 66 complex. In Toronto, construction has started on 88 Isabella, a 50-storey rental tower planned to provide about 500 residences, public space and resident amenities.
