Howard Bloom Blended Science, Rock Publicity

Howard Bloom, later a publicist for stars including Michael Jackson, Prince, Bob Marley and Billy Joel, is profiled for his early scientific pursuits. The article says he debated cosmology with a University of Buffalo physics leader at age 12, helped build an award-winning game-playing computer and a Boolean algebra machine, and learned from an aerospace researcher associated with the Bell X-1 and X-2. It also notes that Bloom began working at Roswell Park Memorial Institute at 16, though the provided article text cuts off before describing that work.
