The league-leading Carolina Hurricanes are set to finish a five-game road trip against the surging St. Louis Blues after taking five of eight points over their previous four games. Carolina’s trip included a 6-5 shootout loss to Edmonton, in which Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl each recorded five points. Seth Jarvis scored in his return from offseason shoulder surgery, while acknowledging that his defensive play needs improvement. St. Louis heads into the matchup after a 6-2 win over Vegas, powered by Justin Barron’s first career four-point game.
