Husted campaigns across Ohio with Republican backing

Sen. Jon Husted campaigned in Ohio ahead of the November election, appealing to Christian voters at a Kettering church with remarks about his faith and what he described as threats to Christians and the country. South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott and local faith leaders also criticized Democrats, while protesters demonstrated outside and a heckler interrupted inside. Though billed as a town hall, the event featured only two questions, and Husted urged Christians to vote for him. Husted also rallied Allen County Republicans as the party entered the final stretch of the campaign.
