Indy Pass plans 50+ new resorts, 300+

Indy Pass is reopening sales for the 2026-27 season, adding more than 50 new resorts and surpassing 300 partner destinations worldwide, as part of a push to expand its independent-mountain network rather than concentrate skiers at mega-resorts. The company will allow waitlist members to buy during a limited fall pass period beginning Sept. 1 (10 a.m. ET) with any remaining inventory going on public sale Sept. 8, after Indy plans to announce 30 additional partners over the prior week. Indy says it sold out its passes in 37 minutes last spring and will cap sales to avoid overselling and protecting the partner experience. Pricing for the upcoming season is $399 for the Indy Base Pass (with blackout dates) and $449 for the Indy+ pass (no blackout dates and a discounted third-day option), and Indy estimates value based on how many resorts a skier can visit. New additions include early announcements such as Pyhä in Finland, Kandatsu Snow Resort in Japan, Frost Fire in North Dakota, and Skeetawk in Alaska, alongside earlier and upcoming adds across North America and Europe. Overall, the pitch is two days at each participating resort with discounted third-day access, giving riders more variety and the chance to travel to smaller, lesser-known mountains.
