Innventure Faces Securities Class-Action Lawsuit

Investors have filed securities class actions against Innventure, alleging the company misled shareholders about a large data-center deal between its Accelsius subsidiary and DarkNX, including the project’s viability and its contribution to bookings and revenue projections. The lawsuits cover purchases from November 17, 2025, through August 13, 2026, and cite Innventure’s disclosure that the DarkNX deployment site was no longer available and the project had been removed from Accelsius’ bookings; the company’s shares fell sharply after that disclosure. Investors have until October 27, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff. Separately, Nasdaq notified Innventure that its share price had fallen below the $1 minimum bid requirement, giving the company until April 21, 2027, to regain compliance.
