Law firms probe securities claims at five public companies
Law firms are investigating or pursuing potential shareholder claims involving several publicly traded companies. Pomerantz is investigating possible securities fraud at NuScale Power after UBS downgraded the company, citing weakening advantages in small modular reactors, uncertain customer commitments, construction delays and projected negative free cash flow; NuScale shares fell 15.67% on Sept. 11. Rosen Law Firm is investigating Elauwit Connection after the company disclosed that investors should no longer rely on certain interim financial statements because of an accounting error involving network-construction revenue recognition. Rosen also reminded Lincoln Educational Services investors that a securities class action has been filed and that the deadline to seek lead-plaintiff status is Nov. 10, 2026. Separate Rosen investigations involve alleged fiduciary-duty breaches by the directors and officers of BellRing Brands and Manhattan Associates, with Manhattan Associates shares facing reported selling pressure.
