Johnson Imitates Trump at Iowa Rally

At a campaign rally in Dubuque, Iowa, House Speaker Mike Johnson joked that President Donald Trump calls him as early as 1 a.m. and 5 a.m., then began impersonating him before realizing Trump was standing behind him. Johnson stopped the impression, drawing laughter, and praised Trump, saying, “We’re never going to have a president like this again.” The remark prompted online reactions that ranged from amusement at Johnson’s impression to hope that his prediction meant Trump would be the last president of his kind.
