Judge dismisses Annie Altman's suit against Sam Altman over missed exam

A federal judge dismissed Annie Altman’s civil lawsuit accusing her brother, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, of sexually abusing her between 1997 and 2006. The judge said the case was dismissed because Annie Altman refused to attend an independent medical examination despite warnings that doing so could lead to dismissal. Sam Altman denies the allegations, and his family has also called them untrue. Annie Altman’s former lawyer said he could no longer comment on the case but continued to believe her.
