Kansas State Reportedly Plans Dillon Duff Start

Kansas State is expected to start sophomore Dillon Duff at quarterback against Colorado after starter Avery Johnson was ruled out and backup Jacob Knuth became doubtful with an ankle injury. Duff, who has yet to take a collegiate snap, would be the Wildcats’ third starting quarterback in as many weeks. Blake Barnett had also been considered a possible option after recovering from an injury, but reports later identified Duff as the starter. The Wildcats are coming off a 28-17 loss to Arizona State and will visit Colorado on Saturday.
