Keystone Law Revenue Surges 22.5%, Raises FY2027 Outlook
Keystone Law Group reported a 22.5% year-over-year increase in first-half revenue to £66.3 million for the six months ended July 31, 2026, while adjusted profit before tax rose 31.3% to £9.6 million. Revenue per Principal increased 14.5% to £133,800, and the firm expanded its network by adding 23 Principals, bringing the total to 501, with overall fee earners reaching 682. The company declared a 9.6p interim dividend and a 15p special dividend, reflecting its strong cash generation and balance sheet. Keystone also expanded its legal technology offering with Thomson Reuters’ CoCounsel Legal and said it expects full-year fiscal 2027 revenue to be comfortably ahead of, and profits materially ahead of, current market expectations.
