Knowles Q3 Revenue Jumps 20%, Beats Estimates
Knowles beat third-quarter expectations, reporting earnings of $0.38 per share and $184 million in revenue, above analyst forecasts of $0.36 and $172.1 million. The company guided to fourth-quarter revenue of $180 million to $190 million and EPS of $0.39 to $0.43; separate coverage reported GAAP EPS guidance of $0.31 to $0.35, compared with a $0.28 estimate. Management cited strong demand in Precision Devices, with segment revenue up 33% and a robust order backlog, and projected 16% revenue growth and 24% adjusted EBITDA growth for 2026. Knowles plans to expand capacity, though constraints could limit Precision Devices growth in early 2027, while the end of a low-margin program is expected to weigh on MSA revenue. It also outlined expansion opportunities in newer product platforms and a longer-term goal of raising adjusted EBITDA margins to about 30%.
