Konecny Scores, Flyers Snap Skid, Beat Utah 6-3

The Philadelphia Flyers beat the Utah Mammoth 6-3 on Sunday, ending a three-game winless streak and earning their first win after a difficult October. Travis Konecny scored and assisted in his return from a lower-body injury, while Owen Tippett also came back from injury; their presence and a pair of practices helped steady the team. Matvei Michkov opened the scoring with his 10th goal of the season, and Christian Dvorak, Noah Cates, Oliver Bonk and Cole Knuble also scored for Philadelphia. Utah’s two late goals made the finish closer, but the Flyers held on.
