Lake City Bank plans 17,525-square-foot Electric Works expansion
Warsaw-based Lake City Bank plans to expand in Fort Wayne by leasing about 15,025 square feet at Electric Works for its local Commercial Banking and Credit Administration headquarters and opening a 2,500-square-foot full-service branch. The bank says the move builds on 27 years of growth in the market and will bring its services to an underserved community near the mixed-use campus. The new offices and branch are expected to open in the first half of 2027. Lake City Bank also helped assemble financing for the redevelopment of the former General Electric campus.
