Lectra launches Apogy platform to automate fashion product development with AI

Lectra has launched Apogy, a cloud-based platform that uses agentic artificial intelligence to manage fashion product development between design and production. The system brings teams, suppliers, data and workflows into one shared environment, automating routine tasks while supporting concept generation, real-time collaboration, digital prototyping, 3D approvals and the creation of industrialization-ready products. Lectra says Apogy is intended to reduce errors and accelerate development as fashion companies face volatile demand, shorter product cycles and growing regulatory and environmental pressures. Early customers include Irish sportswear company O’Neills and international fashion group Oniverse. The launch strengthens Lectra’s cloud and AI strategy, although its commercial impact will depend on future adoption, bookings and revenue results.
