Legal Platforms Offer AI Document Tools

DocStyle introduced DocStyle AI, which lets legal professionals use natural-language commands in Microsoft Word through assistants such as Claude for Word and Microsoft Copilot, or a dedicated chat pane, to format, repair and structure documents. DocStyle says its document engine performs tasks locally while the AI interprets requests, an approach intended to limit the document content sent to AI models and support multiple providers through the Model Context Protocol; the feature will be optional for Pro and Enterprise customers. Separately, Lawzana Flow offers solo practitioners and small firms a shared workspace for lead intake, matter tracking, deadlines, document organization and AI-assisted document review. Its AI can summarize files, extract key details and answer questions with references to source documents, while workflow tools include customizable matter stages and conflict-checking support.
