Six Napa and Santa Rosa homes sell from $450,000 to $685,000

Six North Bay homes changed hands on Oct. 9, with sales ranging from $450,000 to $685,000. In Napa, a 1936 three-bedroom home at 1335 E Street sold for $645,000; it includes a pool and carport. Another Napa sale, a two-bedroom home at 217 South Coombs Street, went for $655,000 and also has a backyard pool. Four Santa Rosa properties sold: a two-bedroom home at 5270 El Mercado Parkway for $450,000; a three-bedroom home at 1433 Funston Drive for $570,000; a four-bedroom home at 2708 Ironstone Circle for $625,000; and a three-bedroom home at 2318 Avignon Circle for $685,000. The Santa Rosa homes ranged from 1,040 to 1,807 square feet, while the two Napa homes were each noted for their pools.
