Halloween 2026 Events Span U.S. and Europe
Halloween 2026 events across the U.S. and Europe include festivals, theme parks, historic sites, haunted attractions and cemetery tours. New offerings include Flemington, New Jersey’s free Witch Walk and Moon Market on Oct. 30, Iowa’s Phantom Fall Fest, and a behind-the-scenes look at New Hampshire’s Fright Kingdom; other U.S. events include family parties, trick-or-treating and a haunted-house fundraiser. In Lancaster, parents are organizing an unofficial Halloween walk after an elementary school canceled its annual event over low student participation, with police helping keep the walk safe. European destinations include Transylvania, Edinburgh, Dublin, Prague and Paris, as well as Lithuania’s lantern-lit manor parks and pumpkin trails and haunted hotels. Other attractions include children’s ghost hunts at Berlin’s Olympic Stadium, the Church of St. George in Luková, decorated homes in Massachusetts, and tours and events at historic cemeteries. Coverage also examines Halloween’s history and its growing role in tourism.
