Simone Biles Sells Houston-Area Home After Six Years

Simone Biles became emotional in a TikTok video as she said goodbye to the Houston-area home where she lived for six years with husband Jonathan Owens, describing it as the place where she grew into adulthood and made both happy and difficult memories. The four-bedroom, 3,998-square-foot property sold within days of being listed and closed on October 15 for between $1.08 million and $1.24 million. Biles said the couple were selling because they had built their dream home nearby, and wished the new owners as much happiness in the house as she had experienced.
