Five home sales were reported for Oct. 28–29: a Geneva house sold for $735,000, an Easton home for $555,000, and three Allentown properties for $500,000, $550,000 and $739,900. The Geneva residence was a 1,821-square-foot, three-bedroom home; the Easton property had four bedrooms and 2,208 square feet. Allentown’s sales included a 2,500-square-foot row house, a 1,848-square-foot single-family home and a larger 3,397-square-foot home on a 0.4-acre lot. Prices ranged from $500,000 to $739,900, with reported prices per square foot spanning $218 to $404.
