A judge declared a mistrial in the Lindsay Clancy murder case, in which Clancy is accused of killing her three children in Massachusetts. The mistrial leaves open the possibility of a retrial, with timing and procedure to be determined by prosecutors and the court. Clancy’s defense attorney, Kevin Reddington, described the case as deeply tragic after the ruling. Rep. Brandon Gill, R-Texas, separately said he has “not an ounce of sympathy” for Clancy in an interview on Fox News.
