Liontrust Asset Management reported an assets under management and advice total of £24.3 billion as at 30 June 2026, rising from £19.6 billion three months earlier, driven by River Global Holdings’ acquisition and stronger market performance; by 17 July, AuMA stood at £24.0 billion as the enlarged platform offered broader sustainable, multi-asset, fixed income and global equity strategies for institutional, retail and international clients. Despite net outflows of £357 million for the quarter, this was a marked improvement from £1.1 billion a year earlier, with management highlighting improving flow trends and recent institutional mandate wins. The River Global deal added about £3.0 billion of AuMA and brought eight funds into the top quartile, contributing to a total of 29 funds ranked first or second quartile over three years, and strengthening fixed income capabilities. Liontrust says the integration enhances its investment capabilities and positions the group to meet evolving investor needs while expanding its global distribution and client engagement. While the group carries a high price-to-earnings valuation, its financial position remains strong with low leverage and supportive momentum, underpinning management’s view of a solid long‑term growth trajectory.
