Live Oak Acquisition VI Closes $230 Million IPO

Live Oak Acquisition Corp. VI closed its Nasdaq IPO, raising $230 million through the sale of 23 million units at $10 each, including 3 million units issued after the underwriter fully exercised its over-allotment option. The units trade under the symbol LOVIU, and each consists of one Class A ordinary share and half of a redeemable warrant; whole warrants carry an $11.50 exercise price and become exercisable 30 days after the company completes a business combination. The company placed $230 million in a trust account and, as a blank-check company, may pursue a business combination in any industry.
