Lobo Technologies Reports 20.6% Revenue Growth, Narrower Loss
Lobo Technologies reported first-half fiscal 2026 revenue of $14.6 million, up 20.6% from a year earlier, driven by 8.2% growth in electric vehicles and accessories and $1.5 million from its new AI infrastructure services business. The company narrowed its net loss to $1.1 million from $2.6 million, while operating expenses fell 17.9% to $2.5 million. However, gross profit remained about $1.9 million as the gross margin contracted to 13.2% from 16.1%, reflecting higher costs and lower-margin new business. Cash and equivalents were approximately $1 million at June 30, while operating cash use widened to $3.7 million, underscoring continued financing needs despite improved earnings. In the second quarter, revenue rose 20.6% to $7.3 million, but the company posted a $539,223 net loss and negative operating cash flow.
