Longview police identify Audrey Smith in fatal hit-and-run

Longview police identified Audrey Smith, 43, as the suspect in a hit-and-run in the 1500 block of Alpine Road and are asking the public to help locate her. She has an active warrant on a second-degree felony charge of accident causing death; police have not identified the victim. Investigators had previously sought a Subaru Crosstrek with severe damage to its right front, believed to be involved in the crash.
