Louisville will visit Kansas at Allen Fieldhouse on Wednesday for an exhibition that carries added significance because former Jayhawk Flory Bidunga is returning in a Cardinals uniform before playing an official game for his new team. Bidunga spent two seasons at Kansas and was named Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year last season, averaging about 13 points, nine rebounds and 2.6 blocks per game. He has said he is excited to face former teammates, while Louisville coach Pat Kelsey noted the return will be sentimental as well as competitive. The game is the second half of a home-and-home arrangement; Kansas won last season’s meeting 90-82. Ranked Kansas and Louisville will use the matchup to evaluate their rosters and build chemistry ahead of the regular season.
