Rapid depreciation is making Mercedes-Maybach models more accessible on the used market, although maintenance and vehicle history remain important concerns. A 2023 Maybach GLS600 with 9,000 miles, a twin-turbo V8 and highly desirable two-tone paint was listed early at $20,230 on Bring a Trailer, but its likely market value is roughly $115,000 to $125,000. A 2024 Maybach S680 sedan with the brand’s rare 621-horsepower V12 was similarly listed at $20,000 despite an estimated value of $160,000 to $175,000, though repeated brake replacements and a repaired hail-damage record warrant careful inspection. The updated Maybach GLS 680 adds revised styling, new infotainment, a 603-horsepower V8 mild-hybrid powertrain and suspension changes, while older GLS 600 examples can sell for about $90,000 despite new models costing more than $180,000. Across these cars, low-mileage examples can offer substantial value, but buyers should budget for costly out-of-warranty systems such as air suspension, turbocharged engines and advanced chassis electronics.
