Maddie Font Announces Pregnancy With Baby Girl After March Miscarriage

Country singer Maddie Marlow Font announced that she and her husband, Jonah, are expecting their second child, a baby girl, who will join their 3-year-old son, Forrest. The pregnancy comes after Font experienced an early miscarriage in March, which she said was emotionally difficult and deepened her faith. Font is also launching a solo career and preparing her first solo record after Maddie & Tae, the duo she formed with Taylor “Tae” Dye Kerr, ended its run after 15 years. Font said Kerr remains a close friend and was among the first people to learn about the pregnancy. Font described the new chapter as an effort to balance motherhood, healing and her ambitions as a solo artist.
