Man Accused of Child Rape in Milford Church

Raul Feliciano, 63, of Worcester, pleaded not guilty in Milford District Court to charges of rape of a child and indecent assault and battery on a child under 14. Police say the child reported being lured into the basement of the family’s Milford church, and that the investigation began Sept. 9; officials have not identified the church or disclosed the child’s age. Feliciano posted $15,000 bail in the Milford case, but a judge revoked his bail on a separate Worcester case, leaving him held on that matter. If released, he must wear a GPS monitor and have no contact with children. He is due back in court Oct. 27.
