Man arrested after fires near Pueblo apartments

A 36-year-old man, Kyle Holman, was arrested and charged with felony fourth-degree arson after authorities said he set several fires in a field near apartment buildings in Pueblo, Colorado. Deputies responded to 911 calls on Oct. 18 and found flames moving toward the complex; firefighters extinguished them, and no damage to the buildings was reported. Witnesses described a man dressed in black, and investigators said cellphone video helped identify Holman, who was found with several lighters. He was booked into the Pueblo County Jail, and his next court hearing was scheduled for Oct. 26. The allegations have not been proven in court.
