Marcus & Millichap closes on apartments, industrial sites and RV storage

In California, Amber Pines Apartments, a 23-unit property in Upland, sold for $5.9 million, while Anaheim’s 29-unit Empire Apartment Homes sold for $8.5 million; the Empire buyer plans renovations to raise rents.
