Maryland Man Arrested After Sewer-Harassment Allegations
Baltimore County mother Unique Wiggins says a man living in a sewer near her home repeatedly approached her children and once chased them, prompting her to contact police. Wiggins said she initially dismissed her children’s reports but investigated after they continued to raise concerns, and she has called on officials to address the sewer access and help her family feel safe. The man was arrested and released on his own recognizance; police said peace orders were issued, but one expired without being served because his address was unknown. Police said they remain focused on community concerns and public safety as the case proceeds.
